Excuse the fur but I live in a small zoo. Should you see a Chiweenie running by with glue dots on his face, please stop him. I need those dots.

Happy Birthday card
I made a birthday card for Momo and mailed it to her.
It's been a week so I thought I'd finally reveal it here. It's an easel card. The sentiment stamp of Happy Birthday came from an old Stampin Up rubber stamp set I had.
As you can see, I used Every Day Paper Dolls! To keep the balloons floating and layering the people, I used a lot of POP UPs and the acetate sheets. (see the side shot below).

ReplyDeleteOh, WOW. I'm sorry I hadn't started to follow your blog earlier. This is a fantastic easel card. I love easel cards because they start out like a simple card and then blossom into a work of art. All of my grandchildren would love this card. My granddaughters would love it just like it is, and my grandson would love it with Mini Monsters or Critters on it. Would you mind terribly if I used this as inspiration for a card for my oldest granddaughters cheer squad? I think it would be awesome. TFS. You are great at this you know that don't you? LOL
