Simply to give cheer...

My friend needed a little cheer, so I made her this card. The images are from Paper Trey Ink. I used Tumbled Glass ink to create the sky.  The sentiment came from Hero Arts.  I went over the hearts and the sentiment with my Sakura clear sparkling gel pen.
The image was colored with Copics.

The diecut is from Spellbinders.  There is a light lavender wood grain stamp from Hero Arts.  The sentiment came from Hero Arts.

Using Lawn Fawn to create background paper... my entry for the challenge

Lawn Fawn is having a challenge and I thought I'd take the challenge.
Here's my entry...
So, I took the Lawn Fawn Summer watermelon set and stamped my line of ants in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then I stamped the large ant (from the set) in Green (Hero Arts MidTone).  I used Copics to color the little watermelons and cut them out and glued them to the background paper.  The background paper is white but I used "Pumice Stone" ink pads to color up the edges and make the paper look worn.
The image is one I got at a stamp convention 13 years ago.  I believe the company is Inky Antics.  I love this moose.  I colored him with Copics. The ribbon is from Michaels $1 bin.

The die cut is from Paper Trey Ink stamped with a Hero Arts woodgrain stamp and the sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Camping sentiment set.

I saw Kristina Werner use these googly eyes on her Paper Smooches image.  Here's my version...
The background was diecut with my spellbinder nestabilities.  I applied Glossy Accents on the bones.
The bottom border is some dog paper that I had and I just cut the border with scissors.

I started a book yesterday called The Case of the Missing Servant by Tarquin Hall.  Fabulous book!!! It's like the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency but set in India.  Such a cute book!
Highly recommend it!

Oh Happy (birth) Day...

I thought I'd send an entry to the Simon Says Stamp challenge, "Animal Antics."   Unfortunately, I missed the deadline-- Doh!!!

HAHA.

I used this Paper Smooches stamp and a (clearance) Hero Arts cloud stamp.  Whaddya think?  The sentiment came from a Clear Hero Arts stamp set, placed on a Lawn Fawn Banner (Can I drop any more company names?)

Here's my message inside, stamped with stamps from my Hero Arts Birthday stamp. I love the little cupcake stamp.

Maui Sea Turtles...

I love sea turtles.  I once swam next to a HUGE (5 feet?) sea turtle in Maui.  I thought it was a shark.  Apparently, the little sea turtle that I had been following was a close family relative.(LOL).

I created this card with my new lawn fawn borders stamp and some homemade stitching.
The sea turtle die cut is from Memory Box.

I threw some bling to spice it up...

The 'hello' embellishment came from a embellishment set I got a few years ago.

Having a bad day?...

Isn't this a super cute image?  Unfortunately, this is me on a daily basis....  The brads are from Michaels, the little arrows were from a set that my dear friend gave me for a gift.  I think she got them at Michaels but I'm not 100% sure.  I used Spellbinders to cut the circle and then brushed the edges with Red Barn Distress Ink.  I then glued it onto a purple circle.  The sentiment came from... uh oh.  I think it's Hero Arts.     :(

To celebrate the new Batman movie, they had about 7 Bat-vehicles out. This one was my favorite. Look at those wings!!!! Check out those hubcaps.

Now for those of you with kids, they might know what this is.  I had no idea what it was.  Apparently, it's a TV show on Cartoon Network called "The Regular Show."
My nephews were so excited to see this.  LOL

Another character that I have no idea who it is but my nephews knew who he was.
