I made this card with my Spin Class in mind (Spin: an exercise class at the gym featuring stationary bikes).
AND... I used Penny Black, of course.
The background is clear embossed Hero Arts background with Distress Ink swirled into the background (Chipped Sapphire and Broken China). I love this combination of Distress Inks.
