THANK YOU MR. UPS FOR EZRA'S DOG STROLLER.... OH, AND HAPPY EASTER

I made a some Easter gift bags filled with candy...

This is a Penny Black stamp set colored with Copics... and dusted with Distress Ink.  The bags were $1 for 10 at Target!!!

Stickles were placed on the chicken's bow.

Amuse-bouche:
Guess what came today from Amazon??? (and gave the UPS man a laugh as he drove away)...
I was a bit bummed to see that although it is collapsible, it will still be hard to carry on our weekend walks.  I got this because when we went on our long walks, she couldn't keep up.  So, I thought perhaps a collapsible stroller would solve that... (carry the stroller on my back until she needed it- and then unfold it, like a transformer, into a stroller).  However, when this particular stroller is compressed down, it is too large to strap to my back.  I'll need to figure something out.  Back to the drawing board.

The canopy roof folds back and tucks under the 'drink cup holder.'
She actually was quite comfortable with it-- Colt, not so much.

Smile Crocodile... and good times...

Using a OWH (Operation Write Home) sketch, I used my Paper Smooches and Lawn Fawn sentiment to create this card.  Copics and a Cuttlebug Embossing folder just added a bit of color and texture.

Amuse-bouche:
My "little" cousin came for a visit. It's been years since we saw him so the So Cal cousins got together to have a little Japanese food.

I think if he really had a sip of that beer he wouldn't like it.

The boys and Tommy...

I wanted to share with you this birthday cake that was made for my co-worker's dog.  It was made by a local dog bakery for Sydney's birthday.  It smelled SOOO good. The white frosting is peanut butter mousse.  It smelled heavenly.  The inside was a wheat germ/carob type brown cake.  My co-worker shared a piece with some of my other co-workers to take home for their dogs.
My dogs LOVED it.  [Her little Shih Tzu's name is Sydney.]

Lastly, if you haven't checked out a really cool video on Jenn's Cookies, Cupcakes and Cardio blog.  She hikes up to these frozen waterfalls.  Totally amazing. See below. You should be able to see the video...

Bees!!!!

Here's a Dude Time Doodles card.  I was sad to hear they closed shop. Their digi-images were some of the best around!

I used some copics and some distress pads along with my Paper Smooches sentiment stamp...
  :)

Amuse-bouche:

Look at this massive bee hive that was found on Saturday morning outside my gym.
I didn't want to get too close so I used my ZOOM on the camera.
The nest is UNDER the Target cart.

Wowsers!

Easter Bark at Cookies, Cupcakes, & Cardio....

The Easter Bark information is down below.

Here's my card, using a few Lawn Fawn Stamp sets, Copics, and brads/flowers from Michaels...

Amuse-bouche:

I wanted to share this link with you as soon as possible so you had time to make some "Easter Bark" in time for the holiday.   You need to go to Jenn's blog (click HERE) to see the video/blog post.
She said by changing the color of melting chips, you can create this for any holiday!  Great tip, Jenn!

Still floating in the stratosphere... with 12" less hair....

Finally back... with a card (and unrelated scrapping photos).

Last year's New Year's Resolution was to make all 'original design cards.'  This year's resolution? TO MAKE CARDS!!!

AGH!

So, here's one for this quarter. (LOL).

I cut paper from a DCWV paper pad for a Baby Shower.  The image is from Stampin' Up.  I colored with Copics and accented with Liquid Pearls.

Amuse-Bouche:
Here's a photo of me with my cut hair that I'm donating to Locks Of Love.
My head feel so much lighter.  Now I can DEFINITELY hear the rattling when I shake my head (LOL).

And, I went to the 2013 Toshiba Golf Classic yesterday.  I followed Freddie Couples, David Frost and Jim Gallagher, Jr around the Newport Beach Country Club (along with about 100 other people).

Here's a photo that I took:
(cameras weren't allowed so I was sneaking 1 photo to capture the event).
Fred Couples on left in black sweater and David Frost in pink outfit.

And last of all.... YOU MUST SEE THIS DANCING CHILEAN DOG!!!!
Viv:  Enjoy!
